Rates Drop!

Yesterday, the Feds dropped the Federal Funds Rate to 2.00%! This effected the Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC) by dropping Prime rate to 5.00%. Good news to a lot of people who currently have HELOC's or would like to get one.
